"Cascade-Credit" was established in December 2004 by Cascade Capital Holdings and the Cafesjian Family Foundation, to encourage and facilitate investments into Armenia, by offering innovative lending programs operating to western standards of trust, transparency, corporate governance and customer service.

"Cascade-Credit"'s principal directions are as the main lender for renewable energy development in Armenia, partnered with EBRD and World Bank, and the rural lending program with COAF, focused on sustainable development.

Cascade Capital Holdings subsidiaries and affiliates currently include Cascade Bank, "Cascade-Credit", Cascade Consultants, Cascade Insurance, and Cascade Investments.
